A new record was set when a wing in Brindhavvan Areion Hospital was named in 2017 as “Amit Jain’s Institute of Diabetic Foot & Wound Care” by the board of Directors of the hospital as a mark of honour and respect to Dr.Amit Kumar C Jain for his original dedicated innovative work in field of diabetic foot as he had laid down the first principle and practice of diabetic foot as per literature. He was 38 years old in the year 2017.
This achievement is registered in Grand Asian Book of World Records.
